We take reasonable care to ensure that such information is accurate. However, botanical and naturally derived products may be subject to batch-to-batch, harvest-to-harvest and natural variation where applicable.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- information presented on the Website does not constitute a contractual product specification;
- a Product Specification or Technical Data Sheet ("TDS") describes the product parameters or technical characteristics identified in that document and may be updated from time to time;
- a Certificate of Analysis ("CoA") applies only to the specific batch identified in that certificate;
- analytical values, composition and physical characteristics may vary between batches within the applicable specification limits;
- photographs and visual representations are illustrative and may not exactly represent the appearance, colour or other characteristics of a particular batch;
- product availability, origin, packaging, minimum order quantities, specifications and other commercial or technical information may change without prior notice.
Where there is any inconsistency between information published on the Website and an expressly accepted quotation, specification, order confirmation, batch-specific CoA, supply agreement or other contractual document, the applicable contractual document shall prevail.
4. Product Suitability and Regulatory Compliance
Information made available through the Website does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, regulatory, formulation, safety or other professional advice.
The listing or description of a product on the Website does not constitute a representation or guarantee that the product is approved, registered, authorised or suitable for any particular use, formulation, application, market or jurisdiction.

Where Botanical Supply agrees to provide a sample, the sample is supplied for evaluation purposes unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Samples may not necessarily represent the exact characteristics of future commercial batches because naturally derived products may be subject to normal batch variation.
The provision of a sample does not constitute a guarantee of future product availability, price, specification, origin or supply.
Customers remain responsible for evaluating the suitability of any sample for their intended application.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents, including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, technical materials, documents, logos, trademarks, design elements and other content, are owned by or licensed to Botanical Supply and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and download materials from the Website for legitimate internal business evaluation and other lawful purposes.
